These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lily Chat application ("App"), an iOS application developed and operated by Ali Soner Inceoglu ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Lily Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Lily Chat is an AI-powered chat application that enables users to interact with an artificial intelligence assistant. The service is offered in several tiers:

• Free Tier:
  • Access to 2 chat conversations
  • Limited to 10 total messages
  • Powered by GPT-4o-mini
• Base Tier ($7.99/month):
  • Unlimited chat conversations
  • Up to 100 messages per month
  • Powered by GPT-4o-mini
• Premium Tier ($17.99/month):
  • Unlimited chat conversations
  • Up to 300 messages per month
  • Powered by GPT-4o

Trial Usage: You may try Lily Chat without creating an account, but will be limited to 1 chat conversation or 5 messages.

Account Creation: To access full functionality, you must create an account using your email address or third-party authentication providers.

Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system
• Interfere with the proper working of the service
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to access data not intended for your use

THE AI ASSISTANT CAN MAKE MISTAKES. The AI technology used in Lily Chat is designed to be helpful but is not infallible. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the AI. You should use appropriate caution and independent judgment when acting on information provided by the AI assistant.

Our Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain our exclusive property.

User Content: You retain all rights to content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely to provide the service to you.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the AI assistant is provided for your personal use only.

Subscription Terms: Subscription periods begin on the date of your purchase and continue for the period selected.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through your iOS App Store account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
